Excellent location and view
Can't beat the location specially the view from our room, from the relaxing room and from the restaurant. Excellent breakfast spread. There are parking spaces close to the hotel. A few steps away from the train station, from restaurants and from the ferry terminal.
The staff can try to be more friendly.

What was the highlight of Scandic Oceanhamnen
I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel!
My room was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view across the Øresund strait and over the sea. The hotel is very convenient to the station, and to the ferry terminal. The 12th floor “Relax” area was wonderful, with great views, comfortable and fun seating and an outstanding sauna. The restaurant is lovely and the breakfast was terrific.
The ‘island’ had no restaurants or bars open when I was there, including the restaurant at the hotel, most likely because it was a Sunday. I was tired when I arrived and it meant I needed to walk back to town to find something. Not a huge deal, I only mention it so others can be aware and maybe plan for that.

Breakfast and location
Cooling was not very efficient (at least during winter), windows could not be opened so it was very warm for sleeping.
